Sportswear:
- Always check the manufacturer’s label before washing.
- Wash on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water (30–40°C / 86–104°F).
- Avoid bleach or harsh detergents that can damage fibers and reduce moisture-wicking properties.
- Turn garments inside out to protect colors, prints, and logos.
- Air dry whenever possible; avoid direct sunlight or high heat.
- Use specialized detergents for sportswear if needed to remove sweat odors.
Athletic Shoes:
- Avoid machine washing unless absolutely necessary.
- Remove laces and insoles before cleaning.
- Clean dirt and stains with a soft brush and mild soap.
- Air dry at room temperature, using paper or shoe trees to maintain shape.
- Protect with water-repellent sprays to keep shoes looking new and prevent damage.
Extra Tips:
- Store clothes and shoes in a cool, dry place.
- Wash items regularly to prevent odor and bacteria buildup.
- Avoid fabric softeners on performance fabrics—they can reduce breathability.
Following these care tips ensures that your sportswear stays functional, comfortable, and stylish for every workout, run, or training session.
