Important Information:

  • Payment Confirmation and Chargebacks: Once you confirm your payment, you cannot initiate a chargeback. Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days, and you will receive your tracking number accordingly. Your order will arrive within 20 days, with a maximum delivery time of 25 days due to international shipping.
  • Chargeback Policy: Customers are not allowed to initiate a chargeback once the order is confirmed. If you receive a damaged piece, please email us at info@sellmystuff.shop or call us at (888) 401-6255 for a return or refund. Chargebacks are not permitted once the product is on its way.
